Terms and Conditions for In-Clinic Courses
1.1 About these terms and conditions
1.1 In these terms and conditions “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Aesthetic Beauty Training LTD, and “you” and “your” refers to the delegate purchasing an Aesthetic Beauty Training course.
General conditions of booking
2.1 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any of its training courses.
2.2 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. You will be notified in advance of any planning changes and an alternative date will be offered. We will not offer a refund if we need to change the date.
2.3 Irrespective of circumstances, Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models should a course need to be canceled or rearranged.
2.4 Our 14-day cooling-off period applies for individuals booking courses (not business-to-business bookings). Should you wish to cancel or amend a course please email firstname.lastname@example.org to do so. Please note, once access to any of our online software such as Teachable, the focus has been made, you have waived your right to any cooling off period by accessing them and agreeing to these terms.
2.5 You must wear suitable clinic wear in the training academy at all times such as scrubs or a uniform and closed-toe shoes. Denim and sportswear are not suitable to be worn. Long hair must be tied up, the jewelry should be minimum and nails should be cut short.
2.6 You must bring ID with you such as a passport or driving license to your training course. You will not be permitted to train on the premises without it.
2.7 If you arrive more than at 15 minutes late for the start time of your course you may not be permitted into the course. No refund will be given and you will forfeit your place on the course.
Paying for your training course
3.1 You may pay for your training course via telephone (bank transfer or card payment).
3.2 You may pay for your training course in one of two following ways:
3.2.1 Payment in full – you must pay the full price of your course before attending your training course. An order confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 24 hours of payment being received in full.
3.2.2 Payment scheme – You must pay a deposit for your course to secure your place on a course date. An order confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 24 hours of us receiving your deposit payment. We will then contact you to arrange your future payment dates for when additional payments can be taken by card payment over the phone (note we will allow a maximum of 2 payments for the balance).
3.3 Your course balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the course start date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the balance is paid in full at least 4 weeks before the course date. Failure to do so may result in your course place being canceled, re-listed for sale and any payment already made may be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure.
4. Cancelling your training course booking
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Our 14-day cooling-off period applies in this situation for non-business-to-business bookings (except in certain circumstances see sections 2.4 and 4.4). Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms and conditions apply.
4.1. Courses can be canceled four weeks in advance of a course. All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com and will incur a 50% admin charge of the full price of the course. This is to cover the cost of finding models for the training day and staffing costs. Course booked within 4 weeks of the course date will not be refunded.
4.2 Delegates may choose to independently arrange insurance to provide indemnity against possible cancellation. Aesthetic Beauty Training (Abtschool ) Academy does not provide any cancellation insurance but recommends that you have your own insurance in place should a course be canceled at the last minute either by us or you.
4.3 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy does not issue refunds for Acts of God.
● An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible.
● This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods, etc.
● If Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy chooses to cancel a course due to an Act of God then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the customer as a result of this canceled course.
● Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy will make all reasonable efforts to replace a canceled course by arranging an alternative date but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the majority of customers for that course have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.
4.4 Courses that include registration with an OFQUAL awarding body can not be canceled once you have been registered under any circumstances. Once registered the full outstanding balance of your invoice must be paid as per your invoice. Any outstanding invoice balance will be pursued
Prior to despatch, non-standard items such as laser , hydradermabrasion machine or special order items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
Online Returns Procedure
We hope you’ll love your Abtschool shop order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
items personalised for you
sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Amending your training course booking
5.1 Should you wish to amend your booking by changing your course date, the following terms and conditions apply:
5.1.1 All requests to change a course date must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and will incur an additional 25% admin charge of the full price of the course.
5.1.2 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If a place cannot be provided on your preferred date, you will be offered a refund in line with the terms and conditions in Section 4 of this document (should this apply). This is at the discretion of Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy.
5.1.3 We may not be able to offer you a new date and the original date will need to stay booked.
5.1.4 You are not able to transfer the course to another practitioner.
Insurance and regulation
6.1 Whilst learning on the premises at Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy you will be covered by our group insurance policy.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring you can gain appropriate insurance cover to work in your own country you wish to practice in. Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy does not offer refunds if you find you are not able to gain appropriate insurance, or an insurer declines or terminates you insurance.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with statutory and legal obligations in the country that you practice in including but not limited to CQC, HIS, HIW.

8.1 In booking a training course with Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy, you agree to us using any data you submit in order to process your order and for future marketing purposes by Aesthetic Beauty Training LTD.
8.2 Your details will not be transferred to any other third party without your written consent.
8.1 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy takes pride in the quality of its service and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
8.2 Complaints about any aspect of Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy should be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
8.3 Complaints received in writing will be acknowledged by return email or letter within one week of receipt.
8.4 Aesthetic Beauty Training Academy does not offer refunds for training courses undertaken.
.1 Intellectual Property
8.5. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses and the speeches made by trainers at the Taught Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Abt School or its licensors, whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.
8.6. You are not authorised to:-
(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;
(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given
(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Abt School on the Course Materials;
(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
Breach by you of this clause 8.6 shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.
8.7. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and / or attending the Taught Course.
9.1 We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect in the event that you:
fail to pay when due your Fees;
act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee of Abt School, any teacher or lecturer who provides the Taught Courses or any student who attends any Taught Course;
cheat or plagiarise any work which you are required to prepare or submit in connection with the Services or during any examination taken in connection with the Services;
steal or act in fraudulent or deceitful manner towards us or our employees or any other students who may be on our premises or attending our Taught Courses;
intentionally or recklessly damage our property or the property of our employees or other students attending our premises;
are intoxicated through alcohol or illegal drugs while on our premises;
commit any criminal offence committed on our premises or where the victim is our employee or student; are in breach of these terms and conditions
Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person. We shall be entitled to assign these terms and conditions to any other company without prior notice to you.
These terms and conditions, and Course Specific Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. You confirm that you have not relied on any representations in entering into these and any other terms and conditions with us. Nothing in this clause or terms and conditions shall limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
